ABSTRACT

The authors present a case report of a 53-year-old female patient who was admitted to the mastology and breast reconstruction sector, at Barretos Cancer Hospital, in 2018, to treat an invasive ductal carcinoma in the right breast. At admission, the patient complained of hidradenitis in the armpits and groin area, with no previous success with clinical or surgical treatment. Hidradenitis is a disease in which there is chronic inflammation of the apocrine glands. With this in mind, an extensive resection of the armpit lesion was performed, and the same right armpit incision was utilized for the sectionectomy and radiopharmaceutical-guided sentinel lymph node biopsy. As for the armpit reconstruction, a bilateral latissimus dorsi flap was used, resulting in an improvement of the patient's quality of life. With this case report, the authors demonstrate that a breast reconstruction technique could be used to treat a disease that so far had no surgical solution that would not result in confining anatomic consequences for the patient.

ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of axillary incision and thoracoscopic surgery for spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 106 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax in our hospital were given axillary incision surgery(axillary incision group) and thoracoscopic surgery(thoracoscopy group). The intraoperative blood loss, operative time, chest tube drainage time, postoperative hospital stay and surgery costs were compared between the two groups, and the occurrence of complications were observed. Results The armpit small incision group, intraoperative blood loss was (44.5 ± 5.2) ml,the thoracoscopic amount of blood loss was (38.3 ± 6.5) ml (t =6.378,P < 0.01) ;armpit operation time of the small incision group was (68.0 ± 5.3) min, thoracoscopic operative time was (60.8 ±6.0)min; armpit chest tube drainage time of small incision group was (2.8 ± 0.8)d,thoracoscopic group of chest tube drainage time was (2.0 ± 0.5) d; axillary small incision group, length of stay was (4.8 ± 0.7) d,the thoracoscopic group hospitalization time was (4.0 ± 0.6) d,(t =3.552,4.215,3.076,all P < 0.05) ; axillary incision surgery costs was (1 550 ± 348) Yuan, the thoracoscopic group cost of surgery was (4 290 ± 573) Yuan (t =-24.823,P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with no surgical complications, chest X-ray review of lung reexpansion good thoracoscopic group one cases of recurrence of pneumothorax, axillary incision group without recurrence (P > 0.05).Conclusion Axillary small incision and thoracoscopic surgery for spontaneous pneumothorax have the similar efficacy, thoracoscopic surgery is less trauma, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, but the high cost of surgery,if patients physical condition is acceptable, which can be used axillary incision surgery.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the clinical effect of plastic operation treated to vice- mammary gland located armpit ,s forepart. Methods Two hundred patients of vice- mammary gland separately were carried on the armpit plastic operation (study group)and the pure vice- mammary gland excision operation (control group),and compared the curative effects between two groups. Results Two groups is not obvi-ous difference in the surgery time, the hemorrhage quantity, the margin heal and so on (P > 0.05 ),In the out-ward appearance of armpit after the operation, plastic operation demonstrates the good effect. Two sets were in surgical operation time, the hemorrhage quantity and slice a people match to wait the aspect to all had no obvious difference more ( P > 0.05),but after operation the external appearance armpit plastic surgery dis-plays good result ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Armpit department reshaping technique treatment for the vice-mammary gland effect is good,is worth promoting. Vice- mammary glands result is good, deserving the expansion. The armpit plastic surgery cures the vice- mammary glands in forepart in armpit at cut off the disease cooking stove to have to make up the result concurrently at the same time, design reasonable, operation simple, deserve expansion.

ABSTRACT

In this paper, LM35 tempeture sensor is tested and shows good linear characteristics between 30 ℃ and 60 ℃, which provides a theoretical basis for making digital thermometer. A/D converting chip and 89c51 single chip micro -processor are employed in this digital body thermometer based on LM35. It possesses such advantages as low cost, high accuracy and excellent stability.
